Can I get next day delivery?
We currently do not offer next day delivery.
Orders require 1–2 working days for processing, quality checks and packing.
You can select two delivery options at checkout. Please see the link below for the details about the delivery.
• Premium (Royal Mail 24)
• Standard (Royal Mail 48)
My tracking says “Item collected”, but I haven’t collected anything.
“Item collected” is a status used by Royal Mail when your parcel has been collected from our premises by the courier. It does not mean you collected it. Please wait for the next tracking update — your parcel is on its way.
My tracking hasn’t updated for a while.
Royal Mail tracking updates can sometimes be delayed. Please check again later. If your parcel is more than 2 days late, contact us and we’ll investigate.
Can you combine two orders into one shipment?
Unfortunately, we’re not able to combine separate orders. Due to processing times and the volume of orders, they may already be prepared or packed individually before we can make changes.
When will certain colours be restocked?
We restock regularly and aim to keep all colours available. However, due to manufacturing and customs processes, we cannot provide exact restock dates. Please keep checking the website or subscribe to our emails for restock updates.
Can you send me a colour sample card?
We do not offer colour sample cards. As our cords are made from recycled cotton, shades can vary between batches. To avoid disappointment, we do not send samples.
