The online store is hosted on Shopify Inc. Shopify provide us with an online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. The store offers full functionality to place your order and process the payment. The store is offering secure payments via PayPal and Shopify payments. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks. Lovely Cottons UK will not be storing your credit card or bank account details.

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete or current. The information on this web site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting primary, more accurate, more complete or more timely sources of information. We are not accountable for any issues with delivery of your order resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you when placing an order. The order will be dispatched to the address as specified by you during the check-out process.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. All our products have clearly stated prices for the product and delivery. All prices are in pound sterling. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any of the products or services without notice at any time. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.  We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of our services and products.

Please be aware that due to differences in lighting and computer monitor settings colours may vary slightly from the photographs on the listing, however we made every effort to use good light and no filters or photo effects, in order to make colours appear as close as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display or phone screen of any colour will be accurate.

Due to the nature of the products which are made from cotton they may be subject to slight variations or imperfections on occasion. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other items purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

In no case Lovely Cottons UK be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the products purchased using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Please note some products may contain small parts that could pose a choking hazard and care should be taken with young children.

Items are handled in a smoke free and pet free environments.

Social Media Giveaway and Promotions - Terms and Conditions

Social Media giveaway and promotions are available to legal UK residents, age of 18 or older.

Lovely Cottons UK Giveaway is a regular event. The entry doesn't require any purchase. The prize is a voucher for shopping at lovelycottons.co.uk. The value may change each time and is at the discretion of Lovely Cottons UK.  The voucher will be valid for 2 months from the time of the issue. The prize is not exchangeable to cash or any monetary equivalent.

To enter the giveaway participants are required to:
- follow Lovely Cottons UK account on social media
- share a post showing participant handmade item made using Lovely Cottons cord
- tag @lovelycottonsuk account

Only one entry per person each period. Multiple post within the same period do not count as additional entries.

Winners will be randomly selected from entrants who fulfil all the entry requirements. The winner will be contacted within 5 days from the event end via a direct message on social media. When asked, the winner is required to provide: name and email address. The details will be used for the prize delivery. The winner will receive voucher via email as a code to be used at lovelycottonsuk.co.uk check-out.

If the winner does not respond to the contact, or not provide the required information, within 2 days from the time of the contact request, an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining entrants.

If the prize cannot be delivered, for any reasons, not claimed, or incorrect address provided, we have no responsibility to re-deliver or re-issue the prize.

The winner will be announced and tagged on Lovely Cottons UK social media channel post.

Lovely Cottons UK reserve the right to cancel, postpone, reschedule or change frequency of the social giveaway events without notice at any time.

Lovely Cottons UK social media giveaways and promotions are not sponsored, endorsed or administered by or associated with Instagram, Facebook or with Meta.

First Order Discount — Eligibility and Misuse

The 5% first order discount is intended exclusively for genuine new customers and applies to one order per customer only. An eligible new customer is defined as an individual who has not previously placed an order with Lovely Cottons UK under any account.

Attempting to claim the first order discount more than once — including by creating multiple accounts using different email addresses or any other means — constitutes misuse of the offer and is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to determine, at our sole discretion, whether accounts share the same customer identity based on indicators including but not limited to billing address, delivery address, payment method, or device information.

In the event of suspected misuse, we reserve the right to cancel the order, revoke the discount, and/or permanently suspend any accounts associated with that customer without prior notice.
