Returns / Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us by filling in form or email us at info@lovelycottons.co.uk.

You have your statutory right to return your order and receive a refund when:

• Contact us within 30 days of receiving your goods, and
• The items are returned within 30 days of notifying Us, and
• The items returned are in their original, unused and in a saleable condition.

We are aiming to respond to your query within 24 hours with instructions on how to return your item(s).

If the items are not returned in their original and saleable condition, or the items have signs of being used, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The customer is responsible for the return postage. We recommend you obtain proof of posting, or use tracked or signed for delivery service.

Please note, clearance and items under sale or promotion are not eligible for return.

 

Cancellations

We accept order cancellations if contact us before the order is processed and dispatched. Orders cannot be cancelled once posted.
