We take great care in ensuring that you receive only the best quality products. Please allow us 1–2 business days to prepare and thoroughly check the products for quality before they are dispatched to you.

We aim to deliver your order securely and with minimal environmental impact. We partner with courier companies that are UK leaders in eco-friendly and carbon-neutral deliveries. Additionally, we donate a portion of our revenue to reforestation projects worldwide to ensure our delivery is net zero carbon.

All parcels are insured to the value of the delivery.

🌍 International Deliveries
IMPORTANT: DELIVERY TO THE US
Due to the recent change in the US de minimis threshold policy, a number of international delivery carriers have postponed their deliveries to the US. Due to this unfortunately we have to stop deliveries to the US.
We are continually expanding the list of countries we deliver to. If delivery to your country isn't available on our website, please contact us so we can calculate the shipping costs and make it available for you.
International deliveries are dispatched using UPS. Typical delivery times are 5–7 working days, but for some regions, it may take up to 14 working days. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight of your order.
Please note: International shipping import and tax duties are the responsibility of the customer. Ensure you check applicable customs taxes and duties before ordering.
📦 Packaging
We are committed to sustainability and minimise waste in our packaging. All packaging and wraps are made from recyclable and natural materials. Where possible, we also reuse pre-loved cardboard boxes to give them a second chance!
